Today’s real estate financing professionals either received initial financial training and then through experience acquired empirical knowledge of the real estate sector, or they are real estate professionals (architects, urban planners, experts, …) having gravitated towards finance.
With this in mind and given the increasing interdependence between finance and real estate, ESPI runs a specialist course in real estate financing to train professionals who are able to fully understand the work involved in this sector of activity. Lecturers on the MIFIM course are industry practitioners and specialists in the subjects they teach. Students therefore follow a rich programme of study that provides them with skills in the technical, regulatory, legal, fiscal and financial domains specific to real estate.
