Features

The professional master’s degree in “Audit-Valuation-Consultancy” was created in the middle of the 2000s to meet the increasing demands of industry professionals looking to cope with the development of missions involving the marketing and valuation of a variety of assets. The option provides students with a wide range of practical training, punctuated by several field case studies during which students are required under real-life conditions to carry out valuations of office and commercial buildings along with a critical analysis of the letting potential of investment property. The understanding of new environmental norms, technical diagnostics and security norms are important parts of the programme just as it is to develop your business English skills.
