Our history

Founded in 1972 by a group of major real estate organisations, Groupe ESPI – recognised as an association under French Law – is a higher education institution offering State-certified level II Bachelor’s and level I Professional Master’s qualifications (4 specialisations) registered with the National Register of Professional Certifications (RNCP).  After nearly 50 years of existence, our Group is firmly established across the full range of real estate professions.  More than 1,800 students are currently enrolled on courses across our campuses located in Paris, Nantes, Marseille, Bordeaux and Lyon, as well as at our schools in Montpellier and Nice.

Ever since its creation, Groupe ESPI has endeavoured to do things differently: our teachers -whether they be business practitioners or professors, are all experts in their field – and the coherence of our teaching offers high-quality and industry-relevant programmes of study.  Our powerful network goes from strength to strength, with more than 6,000 alumni working in senior positions, including many directors.  Our 600+ partners, companies and professional bodies, and our 220 trainers work closely together to give students the support they need to secure career positions in the professions of their choice.  The best indicator of the commitment and professionalism of the school is the level of employability of our students, 97% of whom are already in work upon graduation.
